Sovereignty first.
Tribal partners are principals, not hosts. We do not extract; we co-develop. The Tribe holds the land, the consultation rights, the cultural-resource posture, and the public voice on every project. We approach every Tribal relationship as government-to-government — Tribal self-determination is the operating premise, and project structures are built to respect it. Where these defaults conflict with a counterparty's standard template, we carry the redlines.
